1994 Celebrity 240 Cuddy with a Mercruiser 454, Bravo 3 drive. The interior is in great shape with newer vinyl floors and a nice roomy cabin with a curtained off head. Cockpit cover is in good shape and includes a bimini top. The exterior does have some imperfections but overall a nice boat for the money.
